Your RV donation provides safe, stable housing for families displaced by hardship or disaster. Together, we can make a difference.
When you donate your RV to American Reformers Mission, it becomes a refuge for a family in need. Your contribution directly supports our mission to restore hope and stability for those experiencing hardship or disaster. Just as Christ fed the hungry and sheltered the weary, your gift becomes a tangible expression of His love, offering families the safety and dignity they deserve.
As a registered 501(c)(3) organization, your RV donation is tax-deductible, providing you with a financial benefit while making a spiritual and practical difference. “Whoever sows generously will also reap generously” (2 Corinthians 9:6). Your generosity blesses others while stewarding the resources God has entrusted to you.
We understand that giving should be a joyful act, not a burden. Our team will walk you through every step of the donation process—from paperwork to pickup—ensuring a smooth, seamless experience. Just as “whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men” (Colossians 3:23), we serve you with integrity and care as you serve others through your gift.
At American Reformers Mission, every RV donation is more than just providing shelter—it’s about sharing the hope of the gospel. Inspired by Christ’s command to “love your neighbor as yourself” (Mark 12:31), we aim to glorify God by meeting both the physical and spiritual needs of those we serve. Your gift allows us to show families the grace of God in action, reminding them they are seen, loved, and never alone.

Complete the RV Donation Intake Form with details about your RV.
The first step is sharing key information about your RV, including its make, model, year, condition, and any known issues. This form helps us understand the RV’s history and functionality so we can assess its potential for families in crisis.
This form allows us to honor your generosity by ensuring your gift will genuinely improve a family’s situation, not add unexpected challenges.
Provide clear photos of the RV’s interior, exterior, and key features.
Photos are essential for evaluating the condition and suitability of the RV. We ask for images of the exterior, living areas, kitchen, sleeping spaces, bathroom, storage compartments, and any notable features or known damage.
A visual understanding of the RV helps our team make an informed and efficient decision. Families receiving these RVs are often facing extreme hardship—they need homes that are ready to live in. Your photos ensure we can confidently approve RVs that meet their needs for safety and stability.
Our team will evaluate the RV to ensure it meets program standards.
Once you’ve submitted the form and photos, our team will carefully review the details. We will assess the RV’s safety, functionality, and overall condition to ensure it aligns with our mission of providing housing that restores hope and dignity.
Our families do not have the resources to repair or restore an RV that needs major work. This evaluation step helps us steward your gift responsibly, ensuring it becomes a true blessing to a family, not a burden.
Once approved, we’ll handle the paperwork and provide you with a tax-deductible acknowledgment letter.
If the RV meets our program standards and is approved, we’ll guide you through the final steps of the donation process. Our team will assist with paperwork, title transfer, and provide you with a written acknowledgment for your tax records.
From start to finish, we honor your gift and your trust by ensuring your RV will directly serve a family in need while offering you peace of mind and a financial benefit.

An appraisal is only required if the RV is valued at more than $5,000, and you intend to claim a tax deduction for the value above that amount. According to IRS guidelines, the appraisal must:
The cost of the appraisal is the donor’s responsibility, but it allows you to claim the full fair market value on your tax return. If your RV is valued at $5,000 or less, no appraisal is required, and we will provide you with a standard acknowledgment letter.

We approach every donation with deep gratitude, and we appreciate your understanding as we ensure that every RV we accept can provide safe, stable housing for families in need. If your RV cannot be accepted, we may offer guidance on other charitable options or next steps.
