American Reformers Mission was born out of a deep compassion for families left vulnerable by natural disasters, economic hardship, and unexpected crises. After witnessing the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene in Western North Carolina, we recognized the urgent need for tangible solutions—not just temporary relief, but lasting restoration. Inspired by Christ’s command to “love your neighbor as yourself” (Mark 12:31), we began a mission to rebuild not only homes but also lives and communities on the firm foundation of faith.
We are a Christian faith-based organization committed to spreading the gospel of Christ through tangible acts of service and support. Rooted in biblical principles, we aim to love our neighbors as Christ commanded by meeting the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of individuals and communities in crisis.
We’re not here to do it all—we’re here to connect the right people to the right needs. American Reformers Mission exists to unite churches, families, donors, and organizations with the tools, resources, and relationships needed to serve well. We act as a gospel-centered bridge, equipping others to act quickly and effectively in times of crisis.
Every situation is different—and we believe every response should be too. That’s why we listen first, then respond with tailored support. Whether that means connecting a family with a temporary RV, helping a church secure funding for outreach, or resourcing a small business to reopen after disaster, our focus is always on sustainable, Christ-centered restoration.
Everything we do is motivated by the love of Christ. We care for the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those we serve—not just through direct aid, but by strengthening the people and ministries already on the front lines. Our mission is not just relief, but renewal—with the gospel at the center of every story.
We’re nimble by design. Free from the red tape of larger organizations, we can mobilize quickly and pivot as needs change. Our partnerships with local leaders and ministries allow us to work both responsively and strategically—ensuring resources go where they’re needed most, when they’re needed most.
Every donation, every partnership, every hour of service is treated with care and reverence. We are accountable to our mission, our partners, and most importantly, to Christ—ensuring that everything we do reflects His love, truth, and generosity.
Immediate aid through supplies, funding, and direct support: “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble” (Psalm 46:1).
We partner with local churches and organizations to rebuild neighborhoods and strengthen entire communities. “They will rebuild the ancient ruins and restore the places long devastated.” (Isiah 61:4)
We assist families facing housing insecurity through RV placements, temporary shelter, long-term housing solutions, and mortgage or rental assistance—meeting urgent needs while helping restore lasting stability. “Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain” (Psalm 127:1).
Offering funding and resources to organizations, churches, and individuals to recover and rebuild.: “Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth” (1 John 3:18).
